Tom Kline comments on city DROP Program

Fox 29, Friday, February 18, 2011, 7:40AM

FOX TV Asks: Could Philadelphia Sue Over DROP?

A new, outside study has revealed it is costing Philadelphia as much a $250 million. So, where does this leave Philly?

Joining Fox 29's Jen Frederick was attorney Tom Kline to talk about DROP and answer the question: Can Philadelphia sue the company that studied DROP?
