Immediately after criminal charges were announced against Kermit Gosnell, more women came forward to tell of the horrible treatment they said they received at the hands of the abortion doctor. And news media accounts told of how authorities had failed to investigate and act upon alleged mistreatment and unsanitary conditions that existed over decades at Gosnell’s West Philadelphia clinic.
Tom Kline addressed the various issues of the case during an appearance on Fox TV the day after Gosnell, 69, was arraigned in Philadelphia on eight counts of murder in the deaths of seven babies and one adult patient.
Kline & Specter, P.C., based in Philadelphia, is also considering civil lawsuits against Gosnell on behalf of alleged victims. The law firm has 30 attorneys, including seven who are also doctors, two of whom are trained OB/GYNs.
