Tom Kline and Shanin Specter have been selected for the 2007 edition of the World’s Leading Product Liability Lawyers by Expert Guides, publisher of guides to internationally recognized attorneys since 1994.
Expert Guides identified “only the best individuals in more than 20 practice areas” from more than 60 jurisdictions worldwide. The guides are published by Legal Media Group, which is the legal publishing arm of Euromoney Institutional Investor, a leading financial publisher.
Kline and Specter were recognized as “pre-eminent practitioners” among leading business lawyers for their experience in litigating product liability cases. They were chosen after receiving “independent nominations for excellence” by leading experts in the field.
Following nominations, Expert Guides distributed more than 3,500 questionnaires to senior practitioners and in-house counsel involved in the various practice areas, then its researchers carried out in-depth studies of the various fields of law.
In the search of those lawyers selected for the guides researchers conducted interviews in cities including New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington DC, London, Paris, Brussels, Frankfurt, Zurich, Hong Kong, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney.
