Kansas Auto Accident Lawsuits

Serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York & Nationwide

Kline & Specter attorneys have extensive experience litigating motor vehicle accidents involving serious injury and death. Our car, truck and van attorneys have won substantial settlements and verdicts in lawsuits resulting from serious auto accidents.

There are more than 30,000 fatalities in auto accidents each year in the United States, such as those caused in the recent head-on collision on I-70 in Maple Hill, Kansas involving a pickup truck and a van that resulted in the deaths of five people.

If you or a loved were seriously injured or killed in an accident involving a car, truck or van, call the auto accident attorneys at Kline & Specter. Our law firm has more than 50 attorneys, including five who are also medical doctors, the most doctor/lawyers in any law firm in the United States. We handle accident cases nationwide.

Among just a few of our major auto accident cases were:

Case Study No. 1: $153 million – This verdict was won in federal court in Reno, Nevada against the Ford Motor Co. whose defective parking brake in a Ford F-350 resulted in the death of a little boy. The verdict was followed by another against Ford in the case the resulted in a $52 million verdict, also in Nevada.

Case Study No. 2: $38.2 million – This verdict resulted from a girl being seriously injured at a notoriously dangerous intersection in Delaware County, Pa. Defendants were the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the town of East Lansdowne.

Case Study No. 3: $25 million – Our lawyers obtained this settlement for a teacher who suffered paralysis from a spinal cord injury after a tractor trailer slammed into her vehicle in Indiana.

Case Study No. 4: $19.1 million – Our firm secured this verdict in Luzerne County, Pa., for a mother of three who was badly hurt and unable to work after she was struck by a van during her shift at a roadside construction site.

These are just a few of the more notable cases tried by Kline & Specter. Many others resulted in substantial settlements, including many multi-million dollar cases.

Often accidents that cause injury or death result from causes and circumstances for which a legal claim can be made. Among these causes are driver error or inexperience, vehicle defects such as in the Ford case, excessive speed, dangerous road conditions, impaired driving or distracted driving, such as drivers using cell phones.

Our firm, with its large number of lawyers and our team of doctor/lawyers, has the experience and expertise to investigate and litigate auto accidents involving serious injury or death. If you feel you have a legal claim, you should contact our firm for a free evaluation of your case. Kline & Specter handles cases in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Delaware. For cases outside those states, we work with local attorneys in each state as applicable.
