Serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York & Nationwide

Wyatt Larkin’s commitment to helping people through the civil justice system goes back to the mom-and-pop law firm he grew up in.

His father was a solo plaintiff’s trial attorney and his mother was his father’s paralegal. Their dedication to fighting for workers whose rights had been violated ultimately inspired Larkin to become a trial attorney.

At Kline & Specter, Larkin represents clients in catastrophic injury, civil rights, sexual abuse, product liability and medical malpractice cases.

A magna cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School, Larkin’s own path to the law began with public service. After earning his undergraduate degree with honors from the Johns Hopkins University, he began his career working as an aide on Capitol Hill to a member of Congress from Arizona. He concluded his time on the Hill as the speechwriter and digital director for Sen. Mark Warner of Virginia.

After a rewarding seven years in Washington, Larkin pursued a career in the law, which he believed would provide the best opportunity to make an impact. He began law school at U.C. Berkeley, where he won the Prosser Prize in Written and Oral Advocacy and American Jurisprudence Awards in Property, as well as in Shanin Specter’s first-year Torts class.

Larkin then transferred to Harvard Law School, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class and winning Dean’s Scholar Prizes in First Amendment, Digital Governance, Legal Profession, and Drug Product Liability Litigation. Outside the classroom, he served as a technology editor on the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and secretary of the Harvard Plaintiffs’ Law Association.

In 2026, Larkin graduated with Honors from the Temple University Beasley School of Law's LL.M. in Trial advocacy.

Larkin, along with Tom Kline and Aaron Dunbar, currently represents several exonerees, who were released after decades in prison for murders they did not commit, in civil rights actions against the City of Philadelphia over their wrongful convictions.

In a recent case with Kline & Specter, Larkin was co-counsel in litigation that resulted in a $9 million settlement with a rideshare company and a hotel on allegations they enabled a man to rape a minor. The 11-year-old girl was said to have met the man on the Internet and he then arranged for the rideshare to bring her to his hotel. The rideshare company has since implemented stricter measures to make sure that drivers do not transport minors who are unaccompanied by adults. (Read article)

Since joining the firm, Larkin has been involved in cases that have recovered significant compensation for injured clients and their families, including:

  • $20+ million confidential settlement in a medical malpractice case
  • $20 million confidential settlement in a product liability case
  • $8+ million confidential settlement in a sexual abuse case
  • $6+ million confidential settlement in a premises liability case
  • $5+ million confidential settlement in a medical malpractice case
  • $3+ million arbitration award in a medical malpractice case
  • $1.25 million settlement in a fatal police shooting case
  • Policy limits settlement in a motor vehicle case

Larkin was heavily involved in several lawsuits against Panera for injuries caused by their Charged Lemonade energy drink. The lawsuits garnered widespread media coverage and led to Panera removing the drink from its menu.

He was also co-counsel in litigation representing dozens of residents of the Lehigh Valley who developed cancer after being exposed to a chemical called ethylene oxide. This was a highly complicated toxic tort litigation that spanned years and resulted in a confidential settlement agreement.

Larkin worked as a law clerk at Kline & Specter before joining the firm.
