Mark Fuchs

Before joining Kline & Specter, Mark Fuchs was an attorney at the nation's top-ranked commercial litigation firm, where he represented leading technology companies and their founders in high-stakes, headline-making cases. He now uses that legal experience to represent individuals and families harmed by the misconduct of others.

Mark graduatedĀ cum laudeĀ from Harvard University with a degree in economics, and began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley. He later earned both his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.

After law school, Mark practiced at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan in New York City, where he litigated complex commercial disputes for some of the world's most prominent companies and entrepreneurs. His experience includes successfully defending Tesla in a $162 million lawsuit brought by JPMorgan, recovering fraudulent transfers on behalf of the creditors of FTX, and representing tech founders in disputes with their financial advisors.

Now at Kline & Specter, Fuchs is committed to using his legal skills to help injury victims seek justice and accountablility. He takes pride in standing up for individuals and working to make communities safer.
