Amanda L. Kurecian is an experienced attorney who had her own firm and was of counsel at a suburban law office before joining Kline & Specter. She currently works in the firm's Mass Tort department.

Since 2018, Kurecian has been a part of a medical device product liability team that successfully litigated hundreds of transvaginal mesh cases against large pharmaceutical corporations such as Johnson & Johnson, with several cases resulting in eight- and nine-figure verdicts.

She handled all aspects of litigation, including evaluating the viability of potential claims, reviewing medical records, conducting legal research, drafting correspondences and briefs and representing clients at conferences. Kurecian conducted depositions of clients, expert witnesses and treating physicians while also assisting lead attorneys in preparing for trial.

She previously worked at the Ashby Law Offices in Quakertown, Pa., where she handled estate, family and orphans’ court matters, performing legal research, drafting pleadings and representing clients at court conferences and hearings.

Kurecian held legal internships with the Montgomery County (Pa.) Office of the Public Defender and the Hon. Edward G. Smith of the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas.

Kurecian graduated cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she also was awarded Public Service Honors. She earned her bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University.
