  • Schneider Electric – (62,500) Power Pact J-Frame circuit breakers due to fire , burn , and electrical shock hazards
  • Pro Performance – (52,000) SKLZ resistance trainers over possible band breakage and snapback with potential risk of severe injury
  • UVX Sports – (46,000) bicycle helmets due to risk of head injury
  • BRP U.S. Inc.- (8,000) ski-doo and can-am kids’ hoodies due to strangulation hazard
  • Wegmans Food Markets –(7,000) moody face stress balls over choking hazard
  • Nordstrom – (2,000) open vest sweaters due to burn hazard
