- UVX Sports – (46,000) bicycle helmets due to risk of head injury
- BRP U.S. Inc.- (8,000) ski-doo and can-am kids’ hoodies due to strangulation hazard
- Wegmans Food Markets –(7,000) moody face stress balls over choking hazard
- Nordstrom – (2,000) open vest sweaters due to burn hazard
