An attorney for nearly four decades, David K. Cuneo has successfully litigated matters of medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, DUI/DWI, bicycle accidents and other personal injury matters.

"Our aim is to help each client secure the maximum possible compensation after an accident to facilitate the fullest recovery,” says Cuneo.

Cuneo earned the designation as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and before the U. S. District Court of New Jersey, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a partner with Kline & Specter and Cuneo & Leonetti LLC, in Collingswood, N.J.

Earlier in his career, Cuneo won several of the then-largest verdicts in Burlington and Camden counties, including a $1.2 million verdict in a complex product liability claim and a $2.2 million award in a delayed diagnosis cancer case. He continues to obtain large verdicts and settlements for his clients and maintains an active trial schedule primarily in New Jersey Superior Court.

Cuneo earned his bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University, where is a member of the school’s Track and Field Hall of Fame, then earned his law degree from Rutgers University. After graduation, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. David G. Eynon, J.S.C.

Cuneo, who has been selected to New Jersey Super Lawyers, the independent survey that names the best attorneys in the state, is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association of New Jersey and the Camden County Bar Association.
