Mark A. Leonetti has been practicing law for nearly three decades, focusing his practice on personal injury cases involving the catastrophically injured victims of motor vehicle accidents, defective products, slip and fall accidents and other personal injury litigation, as well as injuries occurring in the workplace.

As an experienced and aggressive advocate, Leonetti's relentless pursuit of justice has resulted in millions of dollars in compensation collected for his clients.

Among the substantial results he has achieved are a $2.2 million settlement for a client who suffered injury in a fall down a defective staircase, $1.58 million and $1.2 million in motor vehicle accident cases, and a $750,000 settlement in slip-and-fall litigation.

Leonetti has also successfully represented thousands of New Jersey injured workers and their families in workers’ compensation court receive the maximum benefits they deserve.

Leonetti is a partner with Kline & Specter and Cuneo & Leonetti LLC in Collingswood, N.J.

Previously, for 17 years, he was a partner and plaintiffs trial attorney at Taylor, Taylor & Leonetti, PC. Earlier in his career, Leonetti was an associate at the prestigious Haddonfield, N.J., defense firm Green Lundgren & Ryan, PC, where he tried dozens of personal injury cases as an insurance defense attorney, helping to hone his litigation skills in the courtroom and later, as a plaintiffs attorney, to strategically counsel, protect and tirelessly pursue justice and compensation for his injured clients.

Leonetti earned his undergraduate degree with high honors from Rutgers University, where he was a member of Zeta Psi fraternity, and his law degree from Widener University School of Law. During law school he held internships with the New Jersey Superior Court, Judge James Rafferty and the New Jersey Appellate Division, Judge Virginia Long, who later was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Leonetti has been a long-time member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the New Jersey Association for Justice, and the Camden County Bar Association.

Leonetti is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals, 3rd Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
