As part of the Intake team, Pushpangadan communicates with prospective clients and assesses their potential claims. She researches legal/medical matters and directs the viable claims to the partners for review. She knows what questions to ask potential clients, advises and is compassionate regarding their issues and concerns.
A graduate of Widener University School of Law, Pushpangadan spent a decade in nursing in some of Philadelphia's busiest hospitals prior to pursuing a law degree. After graduating from Temple University School of Nursing, she started her first position as a registered nurse at Temple University Hospital, a level-1 trauma center working in the Emergency Department.
She continued her career in Interventional Radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Jefferson Health's Wills Eye ED and as a Nursing Supervisor for Crozer Keystone Health System.
Prior to joining Kline & Specter, Pushpangadan worked at several prominent personal injury firms, as well as a defense firm, giving her experience on both sides of the courtroom. She worked as a plaintiffs' workers' compensation associate where she represented injured workers in various venues in northern and central New Jersey.
Pushpangadan is licensed to practice in New Jersey and holds active registered nurse licenses in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is a member of The American Association of Nurse Attorneys (TAANA) and The New Jersey Association for Justice. In 2021, she was recognized by the independent survey group Super Lawyers as a Rising Star.
A life-long Philadelphian, she loves the city and its people.
